STEP 1 - Pre-Inspection
Every carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service specialists in paying attention to your specific areas of concern. we will also advise you of any possible permanent staining. Please let us know before your appointment if there is anything we should be aware of.
STEP 2 - Pre-Vacuum
Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed to remove dry soil. We utilize high filtration vacuums that capture 99.98% of allergens, which helps the air quality of your home. Effective removal of dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.
STEP 3 - Pre-Spray & Pre-Spot
Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated with a hot organic spray in order to ensure soiling and spots are removed.
STEP 4 - Pre-Treatment
Our deep cleaning will loosen the soils with the care it needs of your carpet.
STEP 5 - Furniture Moving
Sofas, chairs, and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces like beds and dressers are left in place. Furniture legs will be covered with disposable blocks and tabs. Should you have a special request for moving an item we normally do not take requests. please discuss with our office staff at the time of scheduling.
STEP 6 - Extract & Rinse
Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art equipment hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush out the water out of the carpet. In order to remove the soil. Our system is regulated so that the carpet is cleaned within the warranty requirements virtually. We clean with water temperatures between 180 and 220 °F.
STEP 7 - Carpet Protector ( optional but recommended)
